宫颈癌及癌前病变中人乳头瘤病毒基因型检测

目的：了解人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）基因型在宫颈癌及癌前病变中的分布。方法：采用PCR方法及限制性片段长度多态性分析（RFLP）对231例宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变患者进行HPV检测并鉴定基因分型。结果：231例宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变患者中共检出HPV感染192例（83．1％），其中宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ（CINⅠ）、宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ-Ⅲ（CINⅡ-Ⅲ）和宫颈癌中HPV检出率分别为62．3％、86．8％和98．2％，之间比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。HPV的主要基因型分别为HPV16（47．4％）、HPV18（12．5％）、HPV58（9．9％）和HPV52（6．3％）。结论：宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变中HPV感染以16、18、58和52型最为常见。

DETECTION OF HUMAN PAPILLOMA VIRUS GENOTYPES IN CERVICAL CANCER AND PRECANCEROSIS

Objective：To investigate distribution of human papilloma virus （HPV） genotypes in cervical cancer and precancerosis.Methods：PCR assay was used to detect HPV infection and RFLP were used to identify HPV genotypes in 231 cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） patients.Results：In 231 patients,the HPV infection was 192 patients （83.1%）.The HPV infection rate in CIN Ⅰ ,CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ and cervical cancer were 62. 3% ,86.8% and 98.2% respectively;and there were significant difference between the infection rate （P 〈 0.01）.The main genotypes of HPV were HPV16 （47.4%）,HPV18 （12.5%）,HPV58（9.9%） and HPV52（6.3%）.Conclusions： HPV16,18,58 and 52 are the most common genotypes in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
