针刺推拿并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症147例治疗体会

腰椎间盘突出症是因椎间盘变性，纤维环破裂，髓核突出刺激或压迫神经根、马尾神经所表现的一种综合征，是腰腿痛最常见原因之一。给患者的学习、工作、生活带来了诸多不便。而且随着人们饮食及生活方式的改变，本病发生率有逐年增长趋势。笔者近两年以针刺为主，配合推拿为辅治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者147例，取得了比较满意的疗效，现报道如下。
