盐酸丁咯地尔用于治疗脑梗死疗效观察

目的　观察盐酸丁咯地尔用于脑梗死的疗效及用药反应 ,并对该药在治疗脑组织缺血方面的作用进行了探讨。方法　选择 6 8例脑梗死病人 ,用盐酸丁咯地尔 (针剂 ) 10 0 mg加入 5 %葡萄糖或生理盐水注射液 2 5 0 ml静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,观察用药后血液流变学、脑血流量、脑电功率谱及血压和心率的变化 ,同时对药物的不良反应进行观察。结果治疗后病人的脑血流量、脑电功率谱及血液流变学有明显的改善 ,且血常规、血脂、血糖及肝肾功能及血压和心率均无明显变化 ;仅 4例病人有轻度的不良反应。结论　盐酸丁咯地尔用于脑梗死的治疗有较好临床疗效 ,且不良反应轻

Efficacy of buflomedil in the treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of buflomedil in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-eight patients with cerebral infarction were treated with 100 mg buflomedil diluted in 250 ml of 5% glucose or saline solution,iv drip,qd for 15 d to observe hemorheology, cerebral blood flow, electroencephalogram, blood pressure, and heart rate; meanwhile the side effects of buflomedil were also observed. Results Buflomedil can improve the brain blood flow, brain power spectrum and hemorheology of the patients with cerebral infarction. There were no significant changes in blood routine examination, blood lipis, hepatic and renal functions.Conclusion Buflomedil has a favorable efficacy and low side effects in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
