丹酚酸B抗前列腺肿瘤的作用

摘    要:目的 观察丹酚酸B抗前列腺肿瘤的作用.方法 采用光镜观察形态变化、台盼蓝计数死细胞数、MTT测定细胞活力、流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率评价丹酚酸B的抗肿瘤作用.结果 丹酚酸B 500 μg/ml具有抗前列腺肿瘤作用,引起肿瘤细胞凋亡.结论 经丹酚酸B作用后的BPH1-C5细胞发生凋亡,丹酚酸B具有抗肿瘤作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the inhibiting effect of salvianolic acid B(SA-B) on a nontumorigenic human prostatic epithelial cell line.Methods By variable cellular biological techniques including light microscopy,cell counting-trypan blue staining,MTT method and flow cytometer.Results Light microscopy reveals the BPH1-C5 treated cells polymorphism.Cell counting-trypan blue staining and MTT results show the treated cells viabilities induced;Flow cytometer reveals the BPH1-C5 treated cells underwent apoptosis.Conclusion The BPH1-C5 cells treated salvianolicacid B underwent the morphological and functional alterations including apoptosis and necrosis.
