2007～2010年北京市崇文区高血压患者社区综合干预效果评价

目的评价北京市社区综合干预对高血压患者的干预效果,为制定合理的高血压防治模式提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取高血压患者134例,按照《中国高血压防治指南(2005修订版)》进行连续4年的综合干预后对其效果进行评价。结果经过4年的综合干预,高血压患者的收缩压、舒张压有不同程度地降低;血压达标率由2007年的71.64%上升到2010年的86.57%;对相关知识点的知晓率显著升高,达到90%以上;能定期进行血压监测和遵医嘱规律服药的患者比例较2007年提高了约30%,其他不良行为也有不同程度地改善。结论高血压社区综合干预模式有助于提高高血压患者的知识知晓率、血压达标率和行为改变率,是防治高血压发生发展的有效手段。

Effects of a community-based intervention on hypertension patients in Chongwen District of Beijing City in 2007-2010

Objective To evaluate the effects of a 4-year community-based multiple intervention on hypertension patients,and provide evidence for hypertension control.Methods From 2007 to 2010,a multiple intervention study was conducted among 134 hypertensive patients in Chongwen District.Baseline and evaluation survey were carried out before and after a 4-year multiple intervention.Results After 4-year intervention,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of hypertension patients were decreased.The blood pressure control rate was increased from 71.64% in 2007 to 86.57% in 2010.Awareness rate of hypertension related knowledge was increased to above 90%.The percentage of patients who could take regular blood pressure monitoring and medicine on time was increased 30% than before.The optimistic results can also be seen in changes of unhealthy behavior.Conclusion The community-based multiple intervention produced beneficial changes in behavior and clinical outcomes in patients with hypertension.
