北京市西城区职业人群健康状况及生活方式调查

目的了解北京市西城区部分工作场所职业人群的健康状况及生活、工作方式现状,为进一步开展干预工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对西城区6类工作场所(国家机关单位、医院、学校、工厂、商场、科研院所)的1784名职工进行问卷调查。结果被调查人群中患病率居前三位的疾病分别为超重与肥胖(35.6%)、颈椎病(16.9%)和脂肪肝(14.3%);《中国居民膳食指南》知晓率为45.2%;有主动锻炼行为的职工占51.8%。6类职业人群的平均工作时间是8.3小时。结论超重与肥胖是北京市西城区职业人群的主要健康问题。膳食指南、膳食知识知晓率较1999年有了一定的提高。

Research on health status and lifestyle of occupational population in Xicheng District,Beijing City

Objective To learn the condition of occupational population＇s health status and major health-related behaviors both at home and in workplaces in Xicheng District of Beijing City,and to provide scientific evidence for further intervention.Methods With stratified cluster sampling,1784 employees in 6 kinds of workplaces,including government,hospital,school,factory,shopping mall,and research institute,were conducted a questionnaire survey.Results Among the participants,the three kinds of diseases with highest prevalence rates were overweight and obesity（35.6%）,cervical spondylosis（16.9%）,and fatty liver（14.3%）.The awareness rate of ＂Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents＂ was 45.2%,and the rate of employees who proactively taking exercise was only 51.8%.The average working time of the participants was 8.3 hours per day.Conclusion Overweight and obesity are the major health problems for occupational population of Xicheng District.The awareness rates of Dietary Guidelines and dietary knowledge are improved according to those in 1999.
