热毒宁注射液治疗75例手足口病的疗效观察

目的：评价热毒宁注射液治疗儿童普通型手足口病（Ⅰ期）的有效性及安全性。方法：随机抽取我科于2011年4～9月确诊为普通型手足口病（Ⅰ期）患儿150例,分为治疗组和对照组,各75例,治疗组给予热毒宁注射液0.6 ml/kg,加入100～250 ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,1次/d;对照组给予利巴韦林针剂（10～15）mg/kg,加入5%葡萄糖注射液100～250 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d。比较两组有效率及症状、体征好转时间。结果：热毒宁组总体有效率显著高于利巴韦林组（P〈0.01）;热毒宁组退热有效率及热皮疹消退有效率显著高于利巴韦林组（P〈0.01）。结论：热毒宁注射液用于治疗手足,其退热、消退皮疹以及整体治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of Reduning Injection in the treatment of 75 cases of hand-foot-and-mouth disease

Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of Reduning Injection in the treatment of common type of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children（periodⅠ）.Methods：150 children with common type of hand-foot-and-mouth disease（periodⅠ） in our department from April to September 2011 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group had 75 cases.The patients in treatment group were given Reduning Injection 0.6 ml/kg mixed with 100-250 ml physiological saline via intravenous injection,once a day,the patients in control group were given Libavilin Injection（10-15） mg/kg mixed with 5% glucose injection 100-250 ml via intravenous injection,once a day.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）;the effective rate of fever clearance and deflorescence recover in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Treating hand-foot-and-mouth disease with Reduning injection has a high clinical effect and is worth clinically application.
