| 摘 要： | 目的：对比内窥镜和常规切开两种方法采集的大隐静脉组织学变化。方法：选取2010年1月～2011年1月于我院行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者110例，分为内窥镜静脉采集组（EVH组，48例）和常规切开静脉采集组（CVH组，62例），比较两种静脉采集方法的切口局部并发症情况，光镜下观察静脉管壁的结构完整性，应用扫描电镜观察静脉内膜，评估内膜损伤情况。结果：两组患者切口并发症的发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），EVH组患者切口并发症发生率明显低于CVH组（P〈0．05），光镜和扫描电镜观察两种方法采集的血管组织学差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：EVH组对静脉壁的损伤情况与CVH组相似，但能够明显减少患者伤口并发症的发生率。 |
