| 摘 要： | 目的：调查了解高职药学专业课程设置与岗位要求适应状况,为药学专业课程体系改革提供依据。方法：采用问卷调查、召开座谈会和个别谈心的方法对2007级药学专业学生进行调研分析。结果：目前学校药学专业课程设置和教学内容基本能满足学生实习工作岗位的要求,但从不同侧面也反映出在课程设置的针对性、实践教学环节安排等方面存在一些问题。结论：应以岗位需求和职业标准为依据,修订人才培养方案,提高人才培养质量。
