抚触对早产儿生长发育的影响

目的：探讨抚触对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法：选择住院期间病情稳定后的早产儿70例,将其随机分为抚触组（40例）和对照组（30例）,抚触组给予正规的抚触,于第42天评估两组体格（头围、身长及体重）增长幅度、摄入母乳量和睡眠时间,于纠正胎龄40周时进行20项新生儿行为神经测定,并作组间比较。结果：抚触组体格的增长、摄入量、睡眠时间及行为神经的发育明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：抚触对早产儿的生长发育有明显的促进作用。

Influence of massage on growth and development of premature infants
