| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨预见性护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能水平的影响。方法：将我院100例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者进行预见性护理。比较两组患者B型钠尿肽（BNP）浓度、心功能变化。结果：经过预见性护理后，观察组患者血BNP浓度、心率、血压较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05或P〈0．01）；两组患者干预后心输出量（CO）、射血分数（EF）比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论：预见性护理能够大大降低老年心力衰竭患者血BNP浓度，改善患者的心功能状况，值得临床推广应用。 |
