静脉用药调配中心微生物监测分析

摘    要:
目的:监测静脉用药调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture service,PIVAS)空气、物体表面、操作人员等环境和环节微生物污染情况,寻找PIVAS微生物污染的危险因素,并采取有效措施控制PIVAS微生物污染的途径。方法:通过细菌培养及含菌量测定,对PIVAS分别进行空气培养、物体表面、操作人员手部采样,进行细菌培养。结果:本次检测结果有配制人员手部取样的两只样本高于《医院消毒技术规范》规定的微生物污染控制值,其他均符合标准。结论:PIVAS应充分重视微生物污染的危险因素,改进存在问题。通过环境与环节的控制预防微生物污染;通过监测PIVAS已配制静脉输液药袋表面微生物污染率,控制引起院内感染的潜在因素。
