| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨综合医院心理门诊患者的特点及处理原则。方法：对2008～2010年空军航空医学研究所附属医院心理门诊患者183例的性别、年龄、成长环境、诊断与治疗等因素进行归纳、整理、分析。结果：综合医院心理门诊求治患者有一定的人群特征和疾病特点。就诊患者主要以20—50岁年龄段所占比例最大，占51．37％；按职业划分，中小学生及管理人员患病比例最高，军人最低，分别占24．59％和2．7％；家庭环境不和谐的患者111例，占60．66％；确诊为疾病患者122例，占66．6％，主要包括焦虑症、抑郁状态、失眠症；确诊为心理问题患者61例，占33．3％，以情绪问题为主。结论：总结综合医院心理门诊患者的人群和疾病特点，可以提高心理咨询治疗工作质量，同时应加强各专科医生的身心医学知识培训。
