| 摘 要： | 目的：研究针刺督脉经穴对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑细胞凋亡和Caspase-8表达的调节作用,探讨针刺督脉经穴对脑缺血的脑保护机制。方法：线栓法制作雄性SD大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞（MCAO）模型。通过TUNEL、免疫组化法观察各组针刺后细胞细胞凋亡和Caspase-8表达的变化。结果：大鼠MCAO后大量细胞凋亡,Caspase-8表达增加,针刺督脉组MCAO 24 h后凋亡细胞数减少,24 h和72 h Caspase-8阳性细胞数降低。结论：针刺督脉经穴可减少细胞凋亡,抑制Caspase-8的过度表达,这可能是针刺督脉经穴治疗缺血性脑损伤的作用机制之一。
