| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床护理路径在胃癌根治术健康教育中的应用。方法：将我院89例胃癌根治术患者随机分成两组，观察组45例，对照组44例。观察组采用临床护理路径（CNP）进行护理，对照组采用常规护理。对两组患者平均住院日、护理满意度及健康知识掌握情况进行比较。结果：观察组患者的住院日明显低于对照组（P〈0．01），健康知识掌握程度高于对照组（P〈0．01），护理满意度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：实施CNP管理对胃癌根治术患者进行健康教育，可以明显缩短患者住院时间。有效地提高患者健康知识掌握程度和护理满意度。
