| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨使用颅骨钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院51例采用颅骨钻孔引流术治疗的慢性硬膜下血肿的患者资料,并进行总结研究。结果:51例患者中,有37例患者血肿消散,症状消失;有14例患者血肿消散但遗留神经功能障碍。所有患者症状均得到好转,好转率为100.00%。术后随访1年,患者无复发情况。结论:采用颅骨钻孔引流技术是治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的较为有效的方法,手术操作简单,疗效较好,值得在临床推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical effect of cranial bone drilling drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 51 cases with chronic subdural hematoma treated with cranial bone drilling drainage was performed.Results: Hematoma dissipated and the symptoms disappeared in 37 cases of the 51 patients,hematoma dissipated but neurological disorders persisted in 14 patients,the conditions of all the patients improved,with the improvement rate of 100%.No patient had exp... |
