| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨熊去氧胆酸（UDCA）联合复方甘草酸苷治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化（PBC）的临床疗效。方法：将42例PBC患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各21例,对照组给予UDCA治疗,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上给予复方甘草酸苷静滴,4～6周后比较治疗前后及两组临床症状的改善情况及相关生化指标的变化。结果：两组患者治疗后临床症状及相关生化指标均明显改善,且治疗组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：熊去氧胆酸联合复方甘草酸苷治疗PBC,疗效显著,安全性好,值得在临床推广。 |
