| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨音乐运动干预对改善急性冠脉综合征患者心理状态和生活质量的作用。方法：选择2009年5月～2010年12月本院收治的急性冠脉综合征患者60例，随机分为研究组与对照组，各30例。两组患者均给予介入治疗和常规护理，研究组患者在此基础上给予音乐运动干预，2周后观察两组患者心理状态和生活质量改善情况。结果：干预2周后研究组患者左室射血分数（LVEF）高于对照组[（54．1±1．7）％vs（51．8±2．1）％]，差异有统计学意义（t=4．851，P〈O．05）；研究组焦虑评分[（44．56±5．31）分]、抑郁评分[（0．52±0．07）分]均低于对照组[（51．13±4．02）分、（0．63±0．06）分1，差异有统计学意义（t=6．824、5．937，均P〈O．05）；研究组患者生活质量各项评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=2．146、2．353、2．537、2．719、3．024、4．436、2．472、2．817，均P〈O．05）。结论：音乐疗法配合有氧运动可以改善急性冠脉综合征患者心理状态和生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
