多发性硬化患者血清性激素水平变化及其意义

目的:探讨多发性硬化(MS)患者血清性激素(E2,TSTO)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫法对31例活动期MS患者、22例缓解期MS患者和40例健康对照者的血清性激素水平进行检测。结果:活动期MS患者血清雌二醇(E2)水平显著高于缓解期MS患者和对照组(P<0.01),而睾酮(TST0)水平明显降低(P<0.01);经过糖皮质激素治疗后活动期MS患者血清E2水平明显升高(P<0.01),TST0水平降低(P<0.01),且血清性激素水平变化与疗效相关。结论:活动期MS患者血清性激素水平紊乱。雌激素水平升高可能与MS的活动性相关,适当的雄激素替代治疗可能对MS有益。

Study-on change Of-serum sex hormone levels in patients with multiple sclerosis

Objective: To explore the change of serum sex hormone levels(E2,TSTO) in patients with multiple sclerosis(MS) and its clinical significance. Methods: A quantitative radioimmunity methods according to the manufactur's protocol was adopted to detect serum sex hormone levels in 31 active MS patients,22 remission MS patients and 40 normal. Results: The serum E2 level in active MS patients increase(P<0.01),but TSTO level decrease(P<0.01). Significant increased serum E2 level and decreased TSTO level were observed after methylprednisolone treatment in active MS patients (P<0.01). Conclusions: The sex hormone is abnormal in active MS patients ,the higher E2 level may be correlated with MS activity ,and it is may be useful to MS patients with proper hormone replacement therapy.
