艾司洛尔-硝酸甘油用于鼻内镜手术控制性降压

目的比较单用硝酸甘油与艾司洛尔复合硝酸甘油用于鼻内镜手术控制性降压的临床效果。方法择期鼻内镜手术75例,随机均分为Ⅰ组（不进行控制性降压组）、Ⅱ组（硝酸甘油降压组）、Ⅲ组（艾司洛尔复合硝酸甘油降压组）。记录各时点的MAP、HR变化及3组患者术中出血量、手术时间等。结果Ⅲ组较Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血压平稳,出血量少,手术时间短,不良反应少,硝酸甘油用量亦减少。结论艾司洛尔复合硝酸甘油用于鼻内镜手术较为理想,控制性降压方法可行。

Clinic observation of esmolol combined with nitroglycerin in deliberate hypotension for nasal endoscopic surgery

Objective To compare the clinic effects of respectively using nitroglycerin and Esmolor combined with nitroglycerin in deliberate hypotension for nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods 75 cases undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into three groups.Group one was not given deliberate hypotension,group II was given nitroglycerin and group III was given esmolor combined with nitroglycerin.Map,HR at different times,blood loss and operation duration of the three groups were recorded.Results Compared with group I and II,the blood pressure of group III was more stable,the blood loss and operation duration were much less,in the meantime,the dose of nitroglycerin was reduced.Conclusion Esmolor combined with nitroglycerin applied to nasal endoscopic surgery is quite feasible,secure and effective for deliberate hypotension.
