| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症病人血清中Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca浓度的变化及其意义。方法检测30例患者血清中Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca4种元素,同时随机检测与甲亢患者年龄构成比相匹配的30例正常体检者作正常对照。结果甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清中Zn、Fe、Cu元素水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),两组间Ca浓度比较无统计学意义。结论甲亢患者体内可出现多种元素的代谢异常,此变化既能反应病人机体代谢紊乱程度,同时也可以作为病情监测的参考指标。血清Fe、Zn、Cu的测定对反映甲亢的病情控制及预后判断有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of the levels of serum Zn, Fe, Cu and Ca in patients with hyperthyroidism. Method The levels of serums Zn, Fe, Cu and Ca were measured from 30 patients with hyperthyroidism and 30 healthy people. Results The levels of serum Zn, Fe and Cu were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.001), while the level of serum Ca showed statistical difference compared with the control group. Conclusion The changes of these elements can indicate the extant of metabolic disorder and be served as a reference indexes of hyperthyroidism. Determinations of serum Zn?Fe?Cu and Ca are helpful for controlling state and judging prognosis for hyperthyroidism. |
