注射部位碘伏皮肤消毒次数效果分析

目的了解皮肤消毒次数与消毒效果的关系,皮肤消毒2次所需要时间,为制定院感培训计划与质控标准提供信息。方法选择妇科住院患者60例,进行手背皮肤消毒前、消毒1次、消毒2次采样作消毒效果监测。结果皮肤消毒前、消毒1次、消毒2次的消毒效果有显著性差异,其中每2组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。未消毒合格率为0,消毒1次合格率为53.3%,消毒2次的合格率为96.7%,消毒第1次与消毒第2次平均间隔时间（33.4±1.0）s,消毒2次至半干状平均需要（66.8±1.0）s。结论医务人员使用含有效碘5000mg/L碘伏消毒剂进行皮肤消毒时,必须涂擦2次,避免因注射将表皮细菌带入人体引起医院感染发生。

Effect analysis on times of degermation with indophor

Objective To explore the relation between times of degermation with indophor and effects of degermation. Methods 60 cases in hospital were chosen and degermed. And samplings were monitored before degermation, after one times of degermation and after two times of degermation. Results There was significant difference between such three conditions （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And the percent of pass were 0,53.3% and 96.7% respectively. The average time was （ 33.4 ＋ 1.0） s between one and two times of degermation, and （66.8 ~ 1.0） s between two times of degermation and leather hard. Conclusion It is necessary for medical personnel to apply indophor of 5 000 mg/L twice in order to prevent hospital infection.
