缬沙坦联合灯盏花素对糖尿病肾病微量尿白蛋白及血清C反应蛋白的影响

目的观察缬沙坦联合灯盏花素对早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法采用随机平行分组对照方法将40例糖尿病肾病患者分为2组,对照组20例,给予缬沙坦每天80mg;治疗组20例,在对照组的基础上给予灯盏花素50mg静脉滴注,每天1次,2周为1个疗程,每3个月给予1个疗程治疗,共治疗18个月。观察2组治疗前后尿白蛋白排出量（UAE）、血清C反应蛋白（CRP）水平的变化。结果2组治疗后UAE均下降（P〈0．05,P〈0．01）,且2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。疗程结束后,治疗组血清CRP降低（P〈0．01）,对照组降低不明显（P〉0．05）,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论缬纱坦与灯盏花素联合应用可减少UAE、降低血清GRP水平,对早期糖尿病肾病有更好的肾脏保护作用。

Impact of valsartan combined breviscapine trace urinary albumin in diabetic nephropathy and serum C-reactive protein

Objective To observe the efficacy of valsartan combined breviscapine on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 40 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 20 cases of each. The control group was given valsartan 80mg per day;the treatment group on the basis of the control group was given breviscapine 50mg intravenously per day,2 weeks for a course of treatment, every 3 months to give a course of treatment, all the patients were treated 18 months. Observed before and after treatment of urinary albumin excretion and serum C-reactive protein levels. Results The urinary albumin excretion of two groups decreased after treatment （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. After the end of treatment, the serum levels of C-reactive protein in the treatment group was reduced（P 〈 O. 01 ）, but control group was not significantly lower（ P 〉 0.05 ）, and there was statistically significant difference between the groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Valsartan in combination with breviscapine can reduce the urinary albumin excretion, and reduce serum C-reactive protein levels in early diabetic nephropathy, have a better protective effect of kidney.
