不同氟含量牙膏对牙齿邻面龋再矿化的影响

目的通过使用不同氟含量的牙膏对初步脱矿的牙体标本在口内的再矿化作用进行观察。方法实验采用双盲3期交叉设计。受试者在每个测试期佩戴活动义齿大支架，义齿邻面放置脱矿的釉质样本。每1试验周期持续3周，第1周为洗脱期，后2周受试者分别使用不同含氟量（氟浓度分别为2800ppm、1100ppm和0ppm）的试验牙膏。三期实验结束后，对样本进行氟摄取测定。受试者参加试验依从性进行问卷调查。结果使用含氟量为2800ppm的牙膏刷牙后，牙齿平均摄氟量高于空白对照牙膏和含氟量为1100ppm的牙膏，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；使用含氟量为1100ppm的牙膏，牙齿摄氟量也高于空白对照牙膏，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。问卷显示受试者依从性良好。结论本牙齿邻面原位龋病模型可以区分临床证明有效的牙膏和空白对照牙膏，本模型有望成为测试含氟产品预防早期龋齿的有效工具。

Effect of different fluoride dentifrices on dental caries

Objective To observe the effect of different fluoride dentifrices on demineralized enamel by measuring intake of fluoride. Methods A double blinded, 3 phases, cross over design was adopted. Subjects wore functional partial denture containing a demineralized enamel specimen in the interproximal area. Experimental cycle every three weeks ,the first week is wash -out, and then subjects use dentifrice of different F control（ 2800 ppm F control,1100 ppm F control and 0 ppm F control） to brush their teeth with denture in the mouth twice a day for 2 weeks. After this period, the enamel spsecimen was removed and having been measured in library. The subject was also asked to fill out a questioniar. Results Subjects using 2800 ppm fluoride dentifrices showed higher fluoride intake than those using placebo dentifrices, with a significant difference between the 2 groups. Subjects using 1100ppm fluoride dentifrices also showed higher F - uptake than those using placebo dentifrices, but there is no statistically significant difference between these 2 groups. Conclusion This in situ caries model showed significant difference between clinically proven anti - caries toothpaste and placebo. This model is expected to be useful to predict anti - caries efficacy of fluoride containing product.
