摘    要:目的 通过对官颈ThinPrep液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检查结果的分析,评价其在官颈癌筛查中的敏感性和价值。方法 对2255例TCT检查标本用TBS诊断系统进行分析,再对阳性标本的病人进行阴道镜检查和病理组织活检,以病理组织活检结果为标准按照相差一级的原则统计其符合率。结果 2255例标本中检出官颈癌10例(其中含原位癌3例和腺癌1例)、上皮内高度病变30例、上皮内低度病变68例,ASCUS128例、AGS7例。癌、高度病变、低度病变和病理活检的符合率分别为100%、90%、75%。结论 TCT检查敏感性高,其对官颈癌早期和高度病变检出率较高。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the sensibitity and value in screening cervical cancer by ThinPrep cytology test(TCT). Methods 2255 samples were detected by TCT according to TBS diagnosis system, then, the positive persons were proceed the examination of cervical biopsy under guidance of colposcope. According to the principle of differ one grade, the coincidence of TCT results was analysed statistically compared with the pathological diagnosis as the standard. Results Of 2255 cases, 10 cases were cervical cancer (including 3 cases of carcinoma in situ and 1 of adenocarcinoma), with 30 cases of HSIL, 68 cases of LSIL, 128 cases of ASCUS, 7 cases of AGS. Among the cancer, HSIL and LSIL, the coincidences were 100%, 90% and 75% compared with pathological resuts, respectively. Concludsion ThinPrep cytology showed significantly increased sensitivity and accuracy for detecting cervical cancer and intraepithelial neoplasia.
