他汀类药物对青少年高血压的疗效及对血清指标、血压变异性的影响

目的:观察阿托伐他汀对于青少年高血压患者的疗效及对患者血清指标、血压变异性的影响。方法:选择本院收治的128例青少年高血压患者作为研究对象,均分为常规治疗组与阿托伐他汀组(在常规治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗);治疗6个月后评估两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后动态血压、血压变异指标,及血清胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平。结果:阿托伐他汀组总有效率显著高于常规治疗组(96.88%比76.56%,P=0.001);治疗6个月后,与常规治疗组比较,阿托伐他汀组血清CysC[(1.19±0.29)mg/L比(0.78±0.25)mg/L]、Hcy[(12.04±2.02)μmol/L比(8.98±1.56)μmol/L]、SCr[(86.29±4.52)μmol/L比(83.42±4.16)μmol/L]、BUN[(7.15±0.42)mmol/L比(6.28±0.39)mmol/L]水平均显著降低,24h内血压水平与血压变异性指标、白天血压变异性指标、夜间血压变异性指标均显著下降(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:阿托伐他汀具有辅助降低血压、改善血压变异性和降低血清同型半胱氨酸、血肌酐等的作用。

Therapeutic effect of statins on adolescent hypertension and its influence on serum indexes and blood pressure variability

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of atorvastatin on adolescent patients with hypertension and its influence on serum indexes and blood pressure variability(BPV).Methods:A total of 128 adolescent patients with hypertension treated in our hospital were enrolled,randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group and atorvastatin group(received atorvastatin based on routine treatment),both groups were treated for six months.Ambulatory blood pressure,BPV indexes,serum levels of cystatin C(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy),creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect were measured,assessed and compared between two groups.Results:Total effective rate of atorvastatin group was significantly higher than that of routine treatment group(96.88%vs.76.56%,P=0.001);compared with routine treatment group after six-month treatment,there were significant reductions in serum levels of CysC [(1.19±0.29)mg/L vs.(0.78±0.25)mg/L],Hcy [(12.04±2.02)μmol/L vs.(8.98±1.56)μmol/L],SCr [(86.29±4.52)μmol/L vs.(83.42±4.16)μmol/L],BUN [(7.15±0.42)mmol/L vs.(6.28±0.39)mmol/L],24 hblood pressure and BPV indexes,daytime and nighttime BPV indexes in atorvastatin group,P<0.05 or<0.01.Conclusion:Atorvastatin can help to lower blood pressure,improve blood pressure variability,and reduce serum levels of homocysteine,creatinine etc.
