| 摘 要： | 目的通过比较超声及MRI在肱骨外上髁炎诊断中的灵敏度及特异度,探讨超声及MRI对肱骨外上髁炎诊断价值。方法18例患侧肘关节及18例对侧正常肘关节分别行MRI常规扫描及高频超声探头检查,分析MRI及超声表现。结果超声诊断肱骨外上髁炎的灵敏度为72%,MRI为100%。超声对肱骨外上髁炎的特异度为78%,MRI为72%。结论超声对诊断肱骨外上髁炎的特异度与MRI相仿,但灵敏度不如MRI。超声在临床应用中可作为诊断肱骨外上髁炎的首选方法;对于临床症状典型而超声检查阴性的患者,MRI可作为备用检查手段。

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this prospective study was to evaluate the diagnostic value of sonography and MRI in epicondylitis by comparing the sensitivity and specificity of sonography and MRI.Methods 18 injured and 18 normal lateral elbow joints underwent MRI and sonography examination.Aanalysis of MRI and sonography performance.Results Sensitivity for detecting epicondylitis was 72%for sonography and 100%for MRI.Specificity was 78%for sonography and 72%for MRI.Conclusion Sonography is as specific but not as sensitive as MRI for evaluating epicondylitis.Used as an initial imaging tool,sonography might be adequate in clinical applicationsis.Thus allowing MRI to be reserved for patients with typical symptoms whose sonographic findings are normal. |
