中医外治法治疗功能性消化不良Meta分析

目的基于Meta分析系统评价中医外治法治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library建库至2018年10月中医外治法治疗FD的随机对照试验文献,根据Cochrane偏倚风险评估标准对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入16篇文献,涉及1424例患者。Meta分析结果显示:试验组治疗后总有效率(OR=3.45,95%CI=2.52,4.73],P<0.05)、痊愈率(OR=2.08,95%CI=1.60,2.72],P<0.05)均优于对照组,试验组明显降低症状积分、改善尼平指数和胃促生长素水平(OR=3.33,95%CI=2.36,4.68],P<0.05)。结论中医外治法是治疗FD的有效方法,临床安全性好,但纳入研究质量普遍较低,发表文献存在一定偏倚,有待更高质量随机、多中心、大样本量的临床试验进行验证。

Meta-analysis on External Treatment of TCM for Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of external treatment of TCM for functional dyspepsia(FD)based on Meta-analysis.Methods Literature of randomized controlled trials(RCT)about external treatment of TCM for FD in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library databases from the establishment to Oct.2018 were retrieved.The methodological quality of the literature was assessed by the Cochrane system quality evaluation standard in evaluation handbook,and Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan5.3 software.Results Totally 16 articles including 1424 patients were enrolled.Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate(OR=3.45,95%CI=2.52,4.73],P<0.05)and the recovery rate(OR=2.08,95%CI=1.60,2.72],P<0.05),in the experimental group were better than the control group.The experimental group significantly reduced the symptom score,improved NDI and the ghrelin level(OR=3.33,95%CI=2.36,4.68],P<0.05).Conclusion The external treatment of TCM is the effective approach to treat FD,with higher clinical safety.Because of the low quality of included RCT and publication bias,more randomized multi-centers and large-scale RCT are needed for confirming this tendency.
