| 摘 要： | 笔者总结4例原位心脏移植术的护理配合经验。介绍手术护士的配合要点:术前熟悉手术操作规程,物品和药物准备齐全,做好患者心理护理,建立有效的浅静脉通道;术中严格做好无菌操作,密切配合供心采集及供心移植组人员顺利完成各项操作。认为手术护士做好配合工作至关重要。

| Abstract: | The authors summarized the nursing cooperation experience of4patients undergoing the orthotopic heart transplantation.This paper introduced some key points of OPS(operation surgery)nurses:being familiar with the operation regulation before operation,preparing instruments and medicines well,caring about patient mental status,setting up an effective shallow intravenous passageway;keeping aseptic operation strictly,cooperating with medical staffs collecting and transplanting hearts for the smooth accomplishment.The authors argue that close cooperation of OPS nurses is very important. |
