输卵管性不孕的三种检测方法探讨

目的：本文通过分析女性不孕患者进行子宫输卵管碘油造影(HSG)、经阴道子宫输卵管声学造影(THSSG)及腹腔镜检查的对比研究，探讨三种方法在诊断输卵管通畅度的价值。方法：回顾性分析117例不孕患者进行子宫输卵管碘油造影(HSG)、经阴道子宫输卵管声学造影(THSSG)及腹腔镜检查结果进行比较。结果：在诊断通畅度中，HSG与腹腔镜检查、THSSG与腹腔镜检查总符合率分别为82．67％(62／75)、80．95％(34／42)。结论：三种方法对输卵管通畅度的检查均有一定价值。腹腔镜诊断输卵管的通畅度和其他盆腔疾病及粘连更准确。

Study on tubal infertility by three detecting methods

Objective:To evaluate the value of Hysterosalpingography(HSG),Transvaginal hystero salpingosonography(THSSG) and laparoscope in detecting the patency of fallopian tuber in the infertility females.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed by comparing the outcomes of Hysterosalpingography(HSG),Transvaginal hystero salpingosonography (THSSG) and laparoscope in 117 infertility females.Results:As far as the patency of fallopian tuber was concerned,82.67% (62/75) cases detected by Hysterosalpingography(HSG) and 80.95%(34/42) cases detected by Transvaginal hystero salpingosonography (THSSG) have the similar outcomes with which were detected by laparoscope.Conclusion:These three methods to detect the patency of fallopian tuber in infertility females are valuable.The laparoscope examination is more accurate to detect the patency of fallopian tuber,other pelvic diseases and adhesion.
