加大静脉穿刺角度的临床初探

目的：探讨静脉输液者静脉穿刺角度为50度～60度时对患者疼痛程度的影响及对表皮的损伤。方法：回顾性分析200例次患者,随机分为观察组（静脉穿刺角度为50度～60度）和对照组（静脉穿刺角度为15度～30度）各100例。分别观察静脉穿刺时患者的疼痛程度及对局部表皮的损伤。结果：观察组患者的疼痛程度较对照组小,P〈0.05,而静脉穿刺一针成功率差异无显著性,P〉0.05。结论：静脉穿刺时角度为50度～60度时能减少患者的痛觉,更能减少局部表皮的损伤,而对静脉穿刺成功率无影响。

Clinical study of increasing venepuncture angle

Objective：To observe the effect of venepuncture angle of 50°-60° on pain degree and superficial injury of the patients with intravenous infusion.Methods：200 case-times of venepunctures were retrospectively analyzed. Venepunctures were randomly divided into observation group（venepuncture angle of 50°-60°） and control group（venepuncture angle of 15°-30°）each 100 case-times. The pain degree and superficial injury of the patients were observed in venepuncture.Results：The pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The one-time puncture success rate had no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Venepuncture angle of 50°-60° can reduce the pain sense and superficial injury of the patients without influence on the puncture success rate.
