摘    要:
目的:分析颈前路钢板系统-Orion钢板结合钛网容纳自体骨在颈前路减压、植骨、融合、内固定术中的价值和作用。方法:回顾性调查32例行颈椎前路减压、钛网植骨(自体骨)、Orion钢板内固定术的患者,其中男28例,女4例,平均年龄42、3岁,均为不稳定型下颈椎骨折脱位病例。结果:除1例患者于术后第一周出现钢板及螺钉松动,钛网移位外,其他患者均在围手术期无明显并发症,脊髓功能有不同程度改善,颈椎生理曲度部分或全部恢复。结论:术后颈椎即时稳定性好,颈椎生理曲度得到恢复,并能维持有效的椎间高度,促进植骨融合,从而为脊髓功能恢复提供条件。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of spine anterior plate system-Orion plate with titanium mesh and bone graft in the treatment and valuation of cervical spine anterior decompression,bone grafting,fusion and internal fixators, ne~ods:A retrospective review was made in 32 patients. The patients included 28 males and 4 females,with an average age of 42.3 years,all of them were cervical traumatic fracture and/or dislocation and underwent anterior cervical fusion using Orion anterior cervical plate system combined with titanium mesh after anterior cervical decompression and titanium mesh (auto-iliae bone graft). Results:Except that 1 patient had flexible steel plate and screws and titanium net shifts after 7 d of operation,the others had no significant complications during perioperative period. Clinical healing was obtained in 12 weeks after operation. Cervical curvature and intervertebral height were restored normally. Conclusion:Cervical curvature and stability can be restored after operation. The intervertebral height would be maintained and the implant bone graft fusion would be promted for providing condition to improve the spinal cord function consequently.
