| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨系统心理干预对心脏介入手术患者的影响。方法：将750例行心脏介入手术患者分成对照组和干预组。干预组分术前、术中、术后的心理护理，而对照组只给予一般心理护理。结果：通过对两组护理的比较，干预组的焦虑差值明显比对照组低。结论：实施系统心理干预在改善心脏介入手术患者的负性情绪方面优于一般护理，能提高手术疗效，有利于患者术后恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe into the influence of systematic psychological intervention in the patients after cardiac interventional therapy. Methods ：To sort out 750 patients into comparison group and intervention group. For the intervention group, psychological nursing was carried out before ,during and after operation ,while for the comparison group only ordinary psychological nursing was taken. Results：Mter comparison the 375 patients given systematic psychological intervention to the 375 patients given ordinary psychological nursing, the worries difference value of the intervention group was obviously lower than that of the comparison group. Conclusion：Compared with the ordinary nursing, carrying out systematic psychological intervention takes a great advantage in improving negative emotion of the cardiac intervention patients, enabling strengthening therapy results, and facilitating recovery after operation. |
