| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨低场强MRI对腔隙性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析80例腔隙性脑梗死患者头颅低场强MRI和MSCT检查结果并对照研究。结果：80例患者MRI扫描均呈阳性，发现病灶597个；CT检出阳性病人69例，11例为阴性，检出病灶93个，可疑病灶21个。结论：低场强MRI对腔隙性脑梗死病灶检出率、诊断阳性率均较MSCT优越，是诊断腔隙性脑梗死首选影像学检查方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ：To evaluate the diagnostic value of low-field MRI in the diagnosis of lacunar infarction. Methods：To analyze retrospectively 80 cases of lacunar infarction examined by low-field MR/and MSCT and to study the clinical data comparatively. Restilts ：With MR/scan, 80 cases were positive ,597 lesions were found; with CT ,69 were detected positive, 11 negative ,93 lesions and 21 suspicious lesions were found respectively. Conclusion： Low-field MR/outperforms MSCT in the aspect of lesion detection rate and positive diagnostic rate.h is the first choice to exam lacunar infarction. |
