| 摘 要： | 目的：观察养阴清肺糖浆的镇咳祛痰作用。结果：养阴清肺糖浆能显著抑制浓氨水和 SO2诱导的小鼠咳嗽，能明显延长咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数，能增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量和大鼠排痰量。结论：养阴清肺糖浆具有明显镇咳、祛痰作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the antissive and expectorant effects of Yangying Qingfei Syrup. Result:Yangying Qingfei Syrup could obviously inhibit the Ammonia water-induced and Sulphur Dioxide gas-induced cough in mice ,prolong their collapse time and decrease their frequency , could increase secretion of phenol red in the airway of mice and premote expectoration in rats . Conclusion:Yangying Qingfei syrup has significant pharmacological effects on antitussive and expectorant. |
