陕西省一起动物鼠疫暴发流行的发现和处理

目的 为了迅速有效地控制陕西省定边县2000年底动物鼠疫暴发流行，方法 在深入开展疫区调查的基础上，划分疫点净化区、疫区控制区、警戒观察区3类区域，采取相应的控制措施。结果 很快控制了动物鼠疫的流行和蔓延，未发生人间鼠疫病例。结论 鼠疫监测对于及早发现疫情非常重要；疫区处理划分3类区域，采取相应措施效果可靠。

Discovering and controlling the Plague Outbreak in Mice in Shaanxi Province

Objective To control the outbreak of plague in mice in Ding-bian County, Shaanxi Province happening at the end of Year 2000. Methods The survey on plague was made deeply and widely. Based on the different situation of the plague prevalence, the epidemic area was divided into three zones: the red purifying area , the orange controlling area and the yellow warning area. Meanwhile, the corresponding measures of controlling plague were taken. Results The plague outbreak in mice was rapidly controlled. No case was found in human. Conclusions The survey is very important for early discovering the plague prevalence. It is good that the epidemic area was divided into three zones and the corresponding measures were taken.
