乙型肝炎患者不同血清标志物HBV DNA的表达及意义

 目的探讨血清HBV DNA水平与HBV标志物(HBVM)表现模式的相关性.方法血清HBV DNA定量检测采用PCR ELISA法,HBVM采用ELISA法.结果在HBVM阳性的366例血清中,有199例HBV DNA阳性,占54.4%.血清HB-/ml占65.2%;HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性者HBV DNA-HBc阳性者HBV DNA阳性率占95.2%,≥106 copiessAg、HBeAg、抗阳性率占29.1%,≥106 copies/ml占17.6%.结论血清HBVM阳性患者中约55.0%的血清HBV DNA阳性,且HBeAg阳性患者中HBV DNA含量及阳性率均明显高于抗-HBe阳性者;在抗-HBs、抗-HBc阳性或HBsAg阴性者血清内也有HBV DNA阳性者.

Expression and significance of HBV DNA of hepatitis B virus markers in serum of patients with hepatitis B

Objective To study the correlation between HBV DNA and hepatitis B virus markers(HBVM).Methods PCR ELISA was used for quantitative assessment of HBV DNA,HBVM were detected by ELISA.Results Of 366 patients with positive HBVM, 199 had positive serum HBV DNA (positive rate 54.4%).The positive rate of HBV DNA in patients with positive serum HBsAg, HBeAg,and anti-HBc, was 95.2% and the positive rate of HBV DNA content greater than 106 copies/ml was 65.2%.The positive rate of HBV DNA in patients with positive HBsAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc was 29.1% and the positive rate of HBV DNA content greater than 106 copies/ml was 17.6%.Conclusions The positive rate of HBV DNA is about 55.0% in the patients with positive serum HBVM and is obviously greater in the positive HBeAg serum than in the positive anti-HBe serum. There are positive HBV DNA in patients with positive anti-HBs, anti-HBc, or negative HBsAg.
