| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨细胞周期素 (cyclin)D1和rasp2 1蛋白在胰腺癌中的相互关系。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测cyclinD1和rasp2 1在胰腺癌中的表达。结果 :cyclinD1和rasp2 1在胰腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为60 0 %和 72 5 % ,二者在胰腺癌中的表达差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5。cyclinD1阳性表达与肿瘤的分化程度密切相关 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :cyclinD1和rasp2 1过表达在胰腺癌发生过程中具有协同作用。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the relationship between the overexpression of cyclin D1 and rasp21 in the pancreatic carcinoma.METHODS:Cyclin D1 and rasp21 protein were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:The expressions of cyclin D1 and rasp21 showed positive correlation in pancreatic carcinoma and the positive expression rates were 60 0% and 72 5% respectively.Cyclin D1 overexprssion inversely correlated to poor differentiation, P <0 05.CONCLUSIONS:The overexpression of cyclin D1 is cooperated with activated rasp21 in the process of malignant changes in the pancreatic carcinoma. |
