| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨碘酊烧灼联合那他霉素治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效.方法 对15例真菌性角膜溃疡的患者采取碘酊烧灼联合那他霉素治疗,观察治疗效果.结果 经过碘酊烧灼联合那他霉素治疗,轻度者治愈率100%,中度者70%,重度者33%.结论 碘酊烧灼联合那他霉素对轻中度真菌性角膜溃疡治疗效果较好,对重度者效果欠佳.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of treatment on fungal corneal ulcer using iodine cautery combined with Natamycin.Methods Fifteen patients were treated with iodine cautery combined with Natamycin and observed the effects.Results The cure rate was as the follows: of the mild 100%, of the moderate 70%,of the serious 33%.Conclusions The treatment results of iodine cautery combined with Natamycin is better for the mild and the moderate, yet not effective for the serious cases. |
