| 摘 要： | 我国国有企业改革已取得瞩目的成就,并初步建立了适合我国国情现代企业制度。我国国有医院改革也在不断深化,建设现代医院制度成为深化改革的重要内容之一。国有医院与国有企业有诸多相似之处,中国医院在建立现代医院制度时,有必要借助国有企业建立现代企业制度的做法和经验,积极、稳妥地推动这项改革。 |

State enterprises and state hospitals:A deep thought of establishing modern hospital system |

| Abstract: | The reform of state enterprises have made a notable progress in China. Base on the reform, the modern enterprise system whichadapt to the situation of China has been established. And then, reform of state hospital is entering a difficult situation, establishing a modern hospitalsystem become one of the most important missions. There are many similarities between state hospital and state enterprise. It is a good advantageto learn how to establish modern hospital system form modern enterprise. |
