| 摘 要： | 23例高血压丘脑血肿的核团水平CT分析,发现丘脑血肿多发生于外侧核和内侧核,前核较少见。发生于内侧核及血肿体积大于2×2×2cm者易于穿破脑室,导致病情严重,应充分引起注意。

| Abstract: | Nucleus CT analysis in 23 cases with hypertension thalamic hemorrhage has been performed, we found that thalamic hemorrhage always take place in medial nuclear group and lateral nuclear group of thalamus. Hematoma in medial nuclear group of thalamus and larger volum hematoma more frequently perforate the lateral ventricles and cause serious results. |
