| 摘 要： | 目的建立气相色谱（GC）法同时测定复方麝香草酚搽剂中樟脑、麝香草酚含量的方法。方法采用DB-624弹性石英毛细管柱程序升温法。结果2组分能很好分离；樟脑、麝香草酚分别在0．2087～2．087、0．1140～1．140mg／ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系；平均回收率分别为99．6％（RSD=0．9％）、99．6％（RSD=1．9％）。结论本方法准确、灵敏，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method of GC for determinating the content of compound thymol liniment： camphor and thymol. Methods The determination was carried out on a DB-624 capillary column with sequential increase of temperature programming. Results The two constituents had good resolution. The linear range of camphor and thymol were 0.2087 -2. 087 and 0.1140 - 1. 140 mg/ml,respectively. The average recoveries were 99.6% （RSD = 0. 9% ） ,99.6% （RSD = 1.9% ）, respectivety. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation. |
