| 飞行人员耳气压功能的高压氧舱检测 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧舱检测耳气压功能的可行性。方法４－４．５ｍｉｎ内将舱内气压增加４０ｋＰａ。嘱受试者及时作吞咽动作，询问感觉，耳镜观察鼓膜。用此方法检查了４０例（８０耳）飞行员，按低压舱检测标准评定受检者的耳气压功能，其中１２耳行低压舱检查对照。结果高压氧舱检测结果与受检者的空中反应进行比较，两者符合率为９７．５％；高、低压舱两种方法检测结果完全一致。结论可用高压氧舱检查耳气压功能。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTodeterminethefeasibilenessofexaminingearbaricfunctioninhyper-baricoxygenchamber.MethodsFortypilotsservedassubjects.Thepressureinthechamberwasin-creased40kPain4-4.5min,duringwhichsubjectswereaskedtoperformmaneuversequalizingthemiddleearpressure.Earsymptomwasaskedandtympanicmambraneexamined.Afterthatthechamberpressurelowereddowntonormalin5min.ResultsTheresultsofexaminationinhyperbariccham-berwereidenticalwiththatinhypobaricchamberandtheconformableratewiththoseafterflightwas97.5%.ConclusionItisfeasibletoexamineearbaricfunctioninhyperbaricoxygenchamber. |
