飞行人员耳气压功能的高压氧舱检测

摘    要:
目的探讨高压氧舱检测耳气压功能的可行性。方法4-4.5min内将舱内气压增加40kPa。嘱受试者及时作吞咽动作,询问感觉,耳镜观察鼓膜。用此方法检查了40例(80耳)飞行员,按低压舱检测标准评定受检者的耳气压功能,其中12耳行低压舱检查对照。结果高压氧舱检测结果与受检者的空中反应进行比较,两者符合率为97.5%;高、低压舱两种方法检测结果完全一致。结论可用高压氧舱检查耳气压功能。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTodeterminethefeasibilenessofexaminingearbaricfunctioninhyper-baricoxygenchamber.MethodsFortypilotsservedassubjects.Thepressureinthechamberwasin-creased40kPain4-4.5min,duringwhichsubjectswereaskedtoperformmaneuversequalizingthemiddleearpressure.Earsymptomwasaskedandtympanicmambraneexamined.Afterthatthechamberpressurelowereddowntonormalin5min.ResultsTheresultsofexaminationinhyperbariccham-berwereidenticalwiththatinhypobaricchamberandtheconformableratewiththoseafterflightwas97.5%.ConclusionItisfeasibletoexamineearbaricfunctioninhyperbaricoxygenchamber.
