高压氧对大鼠超长随意皮瓣成活率的影响

摘    要:
目的 探讨高压氧对大鼠超长随意皮瓣成活率的影响.方法Wistar雄性大鼠60只,随机分为3组,每组于背部中线形成1个蒂在尾端的超长随意皮瓣,对照组不给予其他干预方式;常压氧组术后当天开始每天常压氧暴露2次,每次1 h,连续5 d;高压氧组术后当天开始每天高压氧暴露2次,每次1 h,持续5 d.第7天统一处死动物,计算皮瓣成活率,并监测皮瓣组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及CD105表达量.结果 术后7 d各组大鼠平均成活率分别为:对照组(48.6±8.0)%,常压氧组(51.7±7.1)%,高压氧组(89.1±3.7)%;组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).高压氧组较常压氧组及对照组VEGF及CD105表达明显提高,常压氧组及对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 高压氧对随意皮瓣成活面积具有明显促进作用,常压氧在同样条件下对随意皮瓣成活没有确切影响.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate effects of hyperbaric oxygen on survival rate of ultralong randompattern flaps in rats. Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. A random-pattern flap was elevated in the central part of the rachis of each rat in 3 groups. After operation, the rats in control group were left as controls; those in normal pressure oxygen group were began to receive normal pressure oxygen twice a day lasting for five days and one time went on one hour; those in hyperbaric oxygen group were exposed to hyperbaric oxygen twice a day lasting for five days and one time went on one hour. On the seventh day, all experiments rats were put to death and survival rates of all flaps were calculated. And the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and CDI05 were measured. Results On the seventh day, the survival rates in 3 groups were as follows: control group, (48.6~8.0)% ; normal pressure oxygen group,(51.7±7.1)%; hyperbaric oxygen group, (89.1±3.7)%. The differences were statistically significant among the 3 groups. Expression levels of VEGF and CDI05 were significant higher in hyperbaric oxygen group than in the other groups. And there was no significant difference between normal pressure oxygen group andcontrol group. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen can significantly increase flap survival rate of random-pattern flap in rats, while normal pressure oxygen doesn't have a certain effect under the same condition.
