云南27种菊科中草药铜锌含量特征分析

对云南２７种菊科中草药的铜（Ｃｕ），锌（Ｚｎ）含量特征进行了分析研究，生药中Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ含量的频数分布呈现正态分布，相互璋呈显著正相关，但生药中Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ含量与相应的提取率却呈现明显的负相关，生药中Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ比值均大于１，水煎液中Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ比值提高，根据Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ含量进行统计分析，有１１种生药的Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ含量处于同级，８种生药的水煎液Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ含量处于同级，为选择性用药提供了一定的依据。

Study on Different Contents of Cu and Zn in 27 kinds of Composite family, Chinese herbal medicine in Yunnan

The different contents of Cu and Zn in 27 kinds of the composite family, Chinese herbal medicine in Yunnan have been analysed. In crude drug, freguency distribution of Cu and Zn appears to be normal distribution, showing a notable positive correlation with each other, but contents of Cu and Zn and their extraction rate appear to be clear negative correlation.In crude durg, Zn/Cu ratios are more than one, while in decoction, Zn/Cu ratio is raised. According to the content of Cu and Zn statistical analysing is done. there are 11 drugs with the same scale of content of Cu and Zn, in decoction, 8 drugs of the same scale, while has provided some basis for selecting these chinese herbs.
