摘    要:目的探讨某些中药有效成分对非酶促糖基化(糖基化)反应的抑制作用。方法用荧光分光光度计测定某些中药成分在体外白蛋白糖基化系统的荧光值。结果阿魏酸、刺五加皂苷和大黄醇提物对糖基化有较好的抑制作用。以氨基胍作为参比,对高级糖化终末产物(AGEs)形成的相对抑制率分别为95.21%、94.75%、94.75%。结论某些中药是抑制糖尿病病人体内AGEs形成、防止并发症的候选药物。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the inhibitory effects of some Chinese herb components on the nonenzymatic glycosylation (glycosylation). Methods To detect the fluorescence values of some Chinese herb components in an albumin glycosylating system in vitro with fluorescenmetry. Result Ferulic Acid, B1Eloutheroside B1 and Rheum Officinale exhibited inhibitory effects on albumin glycosylation. The relatively inhibitory rate on formation of advanced glycosylation end products (AGEs) was 95.21%, 94.75%, 94.75%, respectively, as compared with reference reagent, aminoguanidine. Conclusion Some Chinese herbs are candidate medicine that inhibite the formation of AGEs and prevent diabetic chronic complication.
