复方黄芪多糖对环磷酰胺所致小鼠毒副作用的影响

摘    要:
[目的]观察不同途径给予复方黄芪多糖对环磷酰胺所致小鼠毒副作用的影响.[方法]通过灌胃及腹腔注射给予小鼠相应剂量的复方黄芪多糖,并行大剂量环磷酰胺腹腔注射,观察小鼠外周血象、免疫器官指数及肝组织丙二醛的含量变化.[结果]复方黄芪多糖腹腔注射组小鼠白细胞及淋巴细胞数明显高于环磷酰胺组,脾脏指数明显升高,肝组织丙二醛含量明显降低.复方黄芪多糖灌胃大剂量组小鼠脾脏指数明显高于环磷酰胺组.[结论]复方黄芪多糖具有拮抗环磷酰胺所致小鼠毒副作用的功能,给药途径以腹腔注射为宜.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of compound astragalus polysaccharides(Co-ASP) administrated in different ways for the toxic and side-effects of cyclophosphamide(CY) in mice.METHODS Mice were randomly divided into the control,CY,Co-ASP+CY injection group and Co-ASP by intragastric administration with high dose and low dose.After the given of Co-ASP,CY was intraperitoneally injected in high does and the peripheral blood hemogram,the immunity organ and the hepatic malondialdehyde(MDA) content changes were observed.RESULTS As compared with the group of CY,Co-APS injection group significantly increased WBC and lymphocytes and decreased GRA spermatozoa and the hepatic MDA contents,In addition,thymus index was significantly more higher in intragastric administration groups of high dose of Co-APS than in CY group.CONCLUSION Co-ASP may have the function of antagonizing the toxic and side-effects of CY in mice,and the best administration route of the Co-ASP is intraperitoneal injection.
