| 摘 要： | 目的 研究细胞凋亡与早期胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法 利用ＤＮＡ３’羟基末端标记法对１２例早期胃癌组织的肿瘤细胞凋亡率进行测定，对淋巴结转移阳性组和阴性组测定的结果进行对比研究。结果 淋巴结转移阳性组的肿瘤细胞凋亡率比阴性组明显增高（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１）。结论 肿瘤细胞凋亡率与早期胃癌淋巴结转移密切相关，但能否作为临床上预测胃癌淋巴结转移的指标，尚须作进一步的研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between apoptosis and the situation of lymph node metastasisin early gastriccancer. Methods Apoptosis wasdetectedin 12 casesofearly gastric cancer.Comparative study was performed between thelymph node metastasis positive group and negative group .Results Apoptoticindex (AI:percentage ofapoptotic cellsin cancerous cells) in lymph node metastasis positive group is higher than that in negative group ( P < 0-01) . Conclusion Apoptosisis closely related to the situation of lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer,butitis uncertain whetherit can be used asa predictorin clinicalpractice up to now . |
