| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠内营养支持对晚期肿瘤病人营养和免疫功能的影响。方法将晚期肿瘤患者120例随机平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予肠外营养支持,观察组给予肠内营养支持。对比两组患者的营养状况和免疫功能。结果治疗后观察组BMI、HBG、ALB评分及免疫功能指标均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论肠内营养支持有利于改善晚期肿瘤患者的营养状况和免疫功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of enteral nutrition support on nutritional and immune func tion in advanced cancer patients. Methods 120 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group was given parenteral nutrition support, and observation group was given enteral nutrition support. Two groups of patients＂ nutritional status and immune function were com- pared. Results The nutritional status and immune function of observing group were better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status and immune flmction of patients with adanced cancer. |
