儿童牙科患者就诊行为状况和影响因素的分析

目的:调查分析儿童牙科患者就诊行为状况和不合作行为的相关因素。方法:采用问卷调查和改良的合作行为级别评定量表对257名儿童牙科就诊行为状况和相关因素进行调查,采用χ2检验进行单因素分析,并将具有统计学意义的因素进行二元logistic回归分析。结果:257例患儿不合作行为的发生率为23.3%。Logistic回归结果提示:儿童牙科患者不合作行为与就诊原因和患儿年龄密切相关。随着年龄增长,不合作行为发生减少。而就诊原因中的尖周炎是不合作行为的危险因素。结论:儿童牙科患者普遍存在不合作行为,就诊原因中的尖周炎和患儿的年龄是不合作行为的重要预测因子。

Prevalence and related factors of dental uncooperative behavior in child patients

AIM: To investigate and analyze the prevalence of uncooperative behavior in child patients and the factors that influence child patient’s behavior.METHODS: A retrospective questionnaire study involving 257 children aged between 1.5 and 15 years was done.Children’s behavior was rated using modified Venham’s Behaviour Rating Scale.Data were analyzed using chi square test and binary logistic regression analysis.RESULTS: The ratio of uncooperative behavior among 257 child patients was 23.3%.Logistic regression revealed that apical periodontitis and age of the child significantly influenced dental behavior.Dental behavior improveed with age,while patients with apical periodontitis were more inclined to act uncooperatively.CONCLUSION: Uncooperative behavior is common in child patients.Apical periodontitis and age of the child are significant predictors for uncooperative behavior.
